Subject: [PATCH] Move certificate generation into its own "Genera Documenti"
 card

Was a header action button; now a dedicated card styled like
Informazioni generali, placed right after it, so the association
detail page reads as: general info, generate documents, soci,
accounts.

Verified live: card renders in the right place/style and the download
still works from its new location.
